Traveling Superintendent

Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects across multiple locations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing on-site operations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for management and clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, particularly in grocery and restaurant projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in various locations.
Willingness to travel extensively as required for project oversight.
