We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Applicant Attorney. Our client is a well-regarded applicant firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to identify issues and prepare legal strategies
Research applicable laws, rulings, regulations, and legal decisions
Represent clients in hearings
Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs
Monitor legal developments that may impact clients' interests
Depositions
Provide counsel to applicants in relation to rights and obligations
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel

Qualifications:

Must be an active member in good standing with the state bar association
2+ years of experience practicing Applicant side workers' compensation law
Understanding of Applicant's rights and obligations
