Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage residential and commercial renovation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the project are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all construction activities for residential and commercial renovation projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues that may arise.
Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before commencing work.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry1
Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
Certification in project management (PMP or similar) is a plus.
